Training, Enterprise and Employment Services (TEES)
TEES in Limerick delivers its very successful Person Centred Programmes for a large number of service users supported by staff and operating from four different locations namely the Training Centre in Lisnagry, the Garvey Centre, the Tait Business Centre and St Louise de Marillac in Dooradoyle.
Three of these Centre’s are situated in local communities in Limerick city. The mission, ethos and philosophy of the Service is central to the delivery of Service in TEES and the principles and guidelines referred to in the ‘New Directions’ Policy Document will be implemented. This will ensure that the 12 Support Services identified in ‘New Directions’ will be offered to each service user in TEES. (Read more)
St. Vincent’s Centre
St Vincent’s Centre provides day service activation programme for a large number of service users coming from residential and community services as well as those traveling from home. Services are provided both on campus and in localities such as Dooradoyle & Cappamore. We provide a vast range of activities from skills development training to nursing intervention supports. Our aim is to provide a full and meaningful programme through individualised person-centered approach in partnership with families. We promote the rights of people with intellectual disability through the service core values. We enable people availing of our service the right to make choices to maxmise their potential.
