Central Management
Central Management incorporates the office of CEO and all of the functions of any large organisation including Assistant CEO, Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Risk and Mission Co-ordination. The CEO manages and co-ordinates the overall administration to ensure the effective direction, management and operation of the Service.
Human Resources
The role of the Human Resource Department is to provide advice, support, coaching to managers and staff across Dublin, Limerick & Tipperary Regions, in addition to the development and implementation of all HR Service policies, procedures and leading change initiatives. The Human Resource Department plays a key role in the strategic and manpower planning of the Service, and provides specialised services to management and staff in recruitment and selection, industrial/employee relations and HR/Pensions Administration.

Financial Services
The Finance Department is responsible for the monitoring and controlling of the Service finances. In addition we are responsible for the preparation of budgets, management accounts and financial statements. Separate financial statements are prepared and audited for each of the three regions in which we operate. We are also responsible for ensuring the validity and accuracy of all financial transactions. The Finance Department plays a key role in the on-going and future development of the Service at both strategic and operational levels.

Multi disciplinary support
The service is supported by a full multi disciplinary team inclusive of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, Social work, Complementary Therapy, Pharmacy, Medical teams and Consultant Psychiatry. This team also offers advice and suppport regarding Assistive Technology.
